However, 2Go is not always consistent with their scheduling, so I always choose Trans-Asia. I only take Cokaliong Shipping or Lite Ferries if I had no other choice.

How to Get From Cebu City to Cagayan de Oro City
To get to Cagayan de Oro from Cebu, take a ferry at Cebu Pier. I highly recommend taking Trans-Asia as they are faster and more comfortable. These trips tend to get booked, so be sure to get your ticket in advance.
Alternatively, you can book a direct flight from Cebu to Cagayan de Oro via Laguindingan Airport. This will cut your travel time to 1 hour.
