Located in Minglanilla, Anjo World is Cebu’s first theme park and the biggest in the Visayas so far. This premiere adventure park in Cebu is home to 14 attractions and entertainment facilities, including Snow World—a snow-themed attraction that kids and kids at heart will love.

How to Get to Anjo World Theme Park

➡️From Parkmall/SM City Cebu/SM Seaside

MyBus has direct trips to Anjo World. Just go to their respective bus stops or terminals at Parkmall in Mandaue City (see map), MyBus Terminal beside SM City Cebu (see map), or SM Seaside (see map). The bus ticket costs 30-50 PHP (~0.5-1 USD), depending on your origin. The travel time takes 45-90 minutes, depending on the traffic.

➡️From IT Park

Go to IT Park Terminal (see map) and take a modern jeepney bound for Minglanilla or Naga City. Tell the driver or conductor to drop you off at Calajoan Gas Station or Anjo World Theme Park. Walk about 200 meters to Anjo World. The fare is around 50 PHP (~1 USD) and the travel time is approximately 1 hour.

➡️From Ayala Center Cebu 

Take a jeepney with route code 12L bound for Punta Princesa. From Punta Princesa, ride another jeep with route code 43/44 bound for Minglanilla or Naga. The fare is 14 PHP (~ 0.20 USD), and travel takes about 1 hour. Inform the driver or conductor ahead to drop you off at Calajoan Gas Station or Anjo World Theme Park.

➡️From South Bus Terminal 

Go to Cebu South Bus Terminal (see map) and take any southbound bus. Inform the driver or conductor ahead to drop you off at Calajo-an Gas Station or Anjo World Theme Park. The fare is about 50 PHP (~1 USD) and travel time takes 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Anjo World and Snow World Tickets

Anjo World Theme Park has five ticket categories. You can get your ticket online to avoid lining up at the place! Here’s a breakdown of the ticket categories:

The Day Unlimited Pass includes an entrance fee to Anjo World, unlimited access to rides, and Funtastic Arena. The Day Adventure Pass + Snow World includes everything from Day Unlimited Pass plus access to Snow World.

Super Tres gives you one-time access to three rides as well as access to Funtastic Arena. Super Tres + Snow World includes everything from Super Tres plus access to Snow World. Meanwhile, the Snow World pass gives you access to Snow World only.

Anjo World Opening Hours

Anjo World Theme Park is open from 12 NN to 8 PM Wednesday to Friday and 10 AM to 8 PM from Saturday to Sunday. It is closed from Mondays to Tuesdays. However, Anjo World Theme Park sometimes opens when those days are holidays. Before planning your visit, be sure to check out their Facebook page to see their monthly operating schedule.

Anjo World Rides and Attractions 

Snow World Cebu 

Cebu’s first-ever ice theme park, Snow World is the perfect place for you to get a chance to experience winter. Spread over a 2,000-square-meter space, Snow World is home to life-size ice sculptures, playgrounds, and other attractions that both kids and kids at heart will love.

Anjo Eye

Riding this 200-foot Ferris Wheel will give you a clear, splendid view of Minglanilla and its neighboring towns. It’s so massive being able to accommodate up to 128 guests and up to 4 passengers per gondola.

Boomerang 

This pendulum-style ride will give you a gravity-defying experience. Boomerang does not just swing, it also turns around like a frisbee, making it one of the dizzying rides.

London Taxi

Put your driving skills to the test and (try not to) bump into other cars. You will be driving around a cage with 10 other cars. London Taxi can accommodate up to 20 guests.

The Pharaoh

The first spinning coaster ride in the Philippines, The Pharaoh brings you on a dizzying ride you will either hate or love (more like the latter, though!).

Golden Carousel

Kids will love this classic merry-go-round, decked with lights and going in romantic twirls. This ride can accommodate up to 38 passengers.

Hip Hop

Bounce and giggle with the Hip Hop ride. This facility can accommodate up to 36 passengers.

Viking

If Bomeerang sounds too daunting, you might want to try Viking instead. This ride swings back and forth to various angular momentums, still thrilling enough to wake your sleeping spirits up.

Reminders Before Visiting Anjo World Theme Park

  • Tickets are valid only on the indicated date or date of purchase. 
  • Wearing face masks is optional. 
  • Food and beverages bought outside are not allowed, with the exception of baby food. 
  • Cellphones, eyeglasses, cameras, headgear, purses, and umbrellas must be safely secured in pockets or belt bags and left in a rented locker or a non-rider. 
  • Taking photos and filming videos using a selfie stick during the ride are not allowed for safety purposes. Any kind of photography or recording must be for personal use only. 
  • Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the premises. 
  • Apply sunscreen for long exposure outdoors. 
  • Jackets may be rented for free.
  • Slippers, sandals, high heels, or any open shoes are not allowed in Snow World. 
  • Guests with medical conditions such as hypertension, a history of stroke and asthma, pneumonia, flu, cardiovascular problems, and pregnant women are not allowed to enter Snow World. 

Best Time to Visit Anjo World Theme Park

The best time to visit Anjo World Theme Park is during the dry season, which is in the months of January to April. This is to maximize your experience with all the rides and attractions. During the rainy months of May to December, certain rides and attractions might be closed due to inclement weather.
