1. Moalboal

Moalboal is one of the best places to visit in Cebu known for its underwater wonders. Right off the coast of Panagsama Beach, millions of sardines can be found. 2. Badian

3. Oslob

4. Sumilon Island

Located a few kilometers off the shore of Oslob, Sumilon Island is a marine protected area known for its shifting white sandbar. 5. Pescador Island

5 Best Things to Do in South Cebu

You will never run out of things to do in South Cebu. Here are some tourist-friendly activities down south:

1. Snorkeling

South Cebu a quite a few snorkeling spots. In Moalboal, the reef in Panagsama Beach, White Beach, and Pescador Island are known to have wonderful marine life. Sumilon Island, Alegria, Badian, and Samboan also have some snorkeling spots.

2. Scuba Diving

Scuba diving is everywhere in South Cebu. Moalboal, in particular, has many diving spots. Unbeknownst to many, the towns of Samboan, Badian, and Santander as well as Sumilon Island also have rich diving spots.

3. Canyoneering

4. Chasing Waterfalls

One thing that is all over South Cebu is waterfalls. We highly recommend visiting Mantayupan Falls in Barili, Cambais Falls and Kanlaob Falls in Alegria, Tumalog Falls in Oslob, Kawasan Falls in Badian, Dao Falls and Aguinid Falls in Samboan, and Inambakan Falls in Ginatilan.
