Before diving into the list, note that Cebu City is home to many big universities. Hence, a lot of coworking spaces in the city are hybrid study hubs, so you can expect for the most part that a coworking space has a no-noise policy (library feels, I know). Nevertheless, some of the best coworking spaces in Cebu City offer private cubicles so guests can do calls.
After visiting more than a dozen coworking spaces in the city, here are the Top 6 Best Coworking Spaces in Cebu City:
1. Nomads Hub
Nomad’s Hub is a hostel-cum-coworking space, making it one of the best coworking spaces in Cebu City among digital nomads, remote workers, and freelancers. It is also frequented by college students as well.
Hostel guests can access the coworking space for free. When I was still visiting Cebu City during the pandemic, Nomads Hub was my go-to hostel (which costs around 400 PHP (~8 USD) per night) and coworking space for its affordability and reliable internet connection.
The coworking space can accommodate up to 36 people. It also has a lazy lounge and a conference room for private team meetings, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
Access
Around Nomads Hub are local eateries, fast-food restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, 7-Eleven, spas, and various ATMs.
Nomads Hub is also located about 200 meters from Mango Avenue, Cebu City’s famous red-light district, and 200 meters from Fuente Osmeña Circle, a famous landmark surrounded by fast-food restaurants, malls, banks, department stores, and more.

Murals Hostel and Café is pretty much like Nomads Hub, a hybrid hostel and coworking café, that’s why it’s also popular among digital nomads visiting Cebu. For around 500 PHP (~10 USD) per night, you also get access to their coworking café with a decent internet connection.
The coworking café has a shared lounge, a terrace, and a garden surrounded by plants. They also have American and Asian food and drink options.
Access
Murals Hostel and Café is surrounded by condominiums, hotels, specialty restaurants, and local eateries. Nearby you can also find popular bars like Icon and local pubs like Censored and Eulax.
Murals Hostel and Café is also located about 1.6 kilometers from Cebu Business Park and 2.3 kilometers away from Cebu IT Park.

The Company Cebu is one of the best coworking spaces in Cebu City if you are looking for a professional setup in a prime central business district location. This global Japanese coworking space is the perfect option if you are looking for like-minded individuals.
The coworking space has a lounge area, a conference room, lockers, and a pantry. Aside from the IT Park branch, The Company also has a branch at Oakridge Business Park on AS Fortuna St, Mandaue City.

Like The Company, KMC Coworking Space is a multi-location coworking space with high-speed 3GBps fiber internet. All KMC branches are located in prime CBDs, so you get access to pretty much everything you need. KMC members also get access to their MadMax coffee, fruit-infused water, as well as TGIF treats like ice cream and sweets.
If you are traveling across the country, KMC might be a good option for you. Their membership includes access to all their coworking spaces in the Philippines, including branches in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Makati, Quezon City, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, Alabang, and Clark Global City in Pampanga.

The Workplace Café is one of the best coworking spaces in Cebu City in terms of affordability. Pre-pandemic, this was my workspace of choice because it was within my budget range, and that is mostly why many college students come here.
They have three branches in Cebu City and one in Mandaue City. I’ve been to all of them. To be honest, all branches are not spacious. If that’s something you find disadvantageous to your productivity, this might not be for you.
The Workplace Café offers complimentary coffee and also has a range of food and drink options. They have lockers for a fee and cubicles where you can do private calls. As I’ve mentioned, The Workplace Café is a favorite study lounge among students, so noise is not strictly prohibited.
