Naked Island is free from any structures.

There are no direct ferries from Manila to Siargao or Surigao at the moment. The nearest place you can take a ferry to is Butuan City, where you can take a bus to Surigao and then take a ferry to Siargao. But this takes days.

Alternatively, you can fly to Cebu and then take a direct flight to Siargao or take a ferry from Cebu to Surigao and then another ferry from Surigao to Siargao. I know—it’s a lot, but I just want to show you that flying directly from Manila to Siargao is really the best option.
